 I think music is a science. It is an arts that composed with a variety of science. Music is nothing but a physics of sound. When with a systemic way sound restructured with harmony and rhythm is convert into music. 

Music provides pleasure in a wonder physiological process. It increases the estrogen level in body. 

Difference ages of people respond differently with different pattern of music. It have a psychological role that drives different people to different types of music.
